📝 Ingredients:
For the layers:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Multipack® Gold Demerara
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 ½ cups flour

- 500 g sour cream
- 1/2 cup Multipack® Gold Demerara
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For decoration:
- Crushed walnuts or cake crumbs
- Powdered sugar for a light finish

1. Preparing the layers:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, Multipack® Gold Demerara sugar, and honey, stirring until smooth.
Add the baking soda and stir until the mixture slightly expands and turns golden.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then add the eggs, stirring quickly to avoid curdling.
Gradually add flour until you form a soft dough. Divide it into 6-8 balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle and bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
2. Preparing the cream:
Mix sour cream, Multipack® Gold Demerara sugar, and vanilla extract. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes for the sugar to dissolve.
3. Assembling the cake:
Spread a generous amount of cream over each layer and stack them. Cover the top and sides with the remaining cream.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 6-8 hours for the layers to soften and flavors to blend.
