Ingredients:
1 egg
2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of butter at room temperature
1 1/4 cups of Multipack® Muscovado Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Recipe:
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat the egg, then add it to the butter mixture. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them 2 cm apart.
- Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the edges start to darken (about 10 minutes).
