Ingredients:
For the crust:

2 cups (240g) crushed biscuits

⅓ cup (67g) Multipack® Demerara Brown Sugar

½ cup (113g) melted butter

For the filling:

1 ¼ cups (300ml) heavy cream

3 blocks (680g) full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature

½ cup (100g) Multipack® AugustA® White Sugar 500g

2 tbsp (15g) powdered sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

Recipe:

  1. Combine the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a cake pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
  2. Use a mixer to combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugars, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling onto the crust, smooth the top, and decorate as desired. Chill for 6 hours before serving.
