Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups (240g) crushed biscuits
⅓ cup (67g) Multipack® Demerara Brown Sugar
½ cup (113g) melted butter
For the filling:
1 ¼ cups (300ml) heavy cream
3 blocks (680g) full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup (100g) Multipack® AugustA® White Sugar 500g
2 tbsp (15g) powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe:
- Combine the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a cake pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
- Use a mixer to combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugars, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the filling onto the crust, smooth the top, and decorate as desired. Chill for 6 hours before serving.
