Ingredients:

4 bananas

1 ½ cups of flour

⅓ cup of Multipack® Coconut Sugar

¼ cup of melted coconut oil

3 tbsp chopped walnuts

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

A pinch of nutmeg

Recipe:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  2. Mash the bananas separately, ensuring there are no large chunks.
  3. Add the sugar and melted coconut oil to the bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–50 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
