Ingredients:
4 bananas
1 ½ cups of flour
⅓ cup of Multipack® Coconut Sugar
¼ cup of melted coconut oil
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of nutmeg
Recipe:
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg.
- Mash the bananas separately, ensuring there are no large chunks.
- Add the sugar and melted coconut oil to the bananas and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–50 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
