For the eclairs:

  • 1 cup water
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍳 Preparation

1. Preparing the eclairs:

  1. Heat the water and butter in a saucepan until the mixture boils.
